Hook timers and killer camping
Please please please make it so that when a killer is within a certain distance of a hook (camping or proxy camping) that the hook timer doesn't go down. It is unfair to get into a game and to only get hook camped causing pip loses! This is really unbalanced and solo queuing is even more difficult when killers do this. It would be the only fair balance to the game so killers get punished for camping hooks!

This is something that was tested a while ago and it didn't work, due to the fact that a survivor could effectively grief it by running in an area around the hook, not giving the killer a chance to leave the area...the other survivors then continue gens, the person on the hooks timer is paused - it's an impossible situation for a killer.

What about slowing down the timer instead of completely pausing it? Or making it so if a survivor is standing near the hook/running around the hook, it goes down at the normal pace to counter that?

This effectively would be fair for both sides.
