Updated NVIDIA Drivers - Game crashes upon start up regardless of settings

I updated my graphics driver and now get a crash upon starting up dbd.
I resintalled both the drivers and the game, verified the files, and nothing to my avail.

I had this issue, when I was with the NVIDIA SHARPENING turned on, I turned off and the issue was gone

I just noticed that.
I had it on previously, I wonder why it's not working suddenly. Made my game look so pretty..
