Idea for new anti-gen perk
Watchful Eye
The closest generator in your terror radius cannot be finished. It will stay at 99 until you leave the area or are closer to another generator instead.
Basically, this prevents the Survivors from finishing a generator in your face or right as you're walking towards it. Amazing perk for dealing with coordinated SWFs

This would be horrible against certain builds or on certain maps. Imagine someone using this with distressing on The Game, and with maps getting smaller, this perk would become much stronger than it seems on paper.

I don't see the problem, just the closest will be applied with the effect. The game has two floors so it could have interesting interactions. preventing gens pop could be even in killer disadvantage as having one gen completed but that doesn't show you that it is in de UI.
I can see the problems with perks like ruin but that combo would require camp the generator.

This is actually a very interesting perk. But I would add your idea to the standard for all killers and tie this to the 32 meter radius of terror killers. Or to 28 meters of terror.
