Possible Suggestion for a NOED nerf
Very simple. NOED only works on people who did not clear a totem that game. That provides incentives to run hex builds that also give exposed, and provides incentives for survivors to clear totems, because unless your playing SWF on mic it's almost impossible to get survivors to clear totems unless they see ruin. So even if you take time to clear totems NOED will still appear at end game and you will most likely die to it.

mic or not, solo or survive with friends. People only get stung with NOED because they want to gen rush and try to escape as fast as they can. NOED users should not be punished because people want to jump on gen as fast as they can.

i feel like the requirement of doing just one totem would be far to easy to get even if you didn't have a perk to find totems. For a change like that NOED would need to having something more added to it. Maybe it could slow totem times or show the auras of all affected either way it would need to have more effects if it could be countered so easily.

I'd be fine with slower totem times. NOED just needs a legitimate counter. The hex not appearing until the end makes it almost impossible to counter unless your playing swf with competent players.

That's literally the objective of the game for survivors. There are perks like ruinn that are meant to stretch the game out for killers, NOED is literally just a cop out for a killer who did bad all game, so they don't feel like a low skill player

I'm sorry but that is an awful idea. It would make the perk near worthless. Not only that but it wouldn't be clear to the killer who is immune to NOED. Even beyond the fact that it would ruin the perk "lack of clarity" is reason enough not to do this.

"Legitimate Counter"
Dude, I am solo, I run Inner Strength for self healing, and I just track bones as I pass them until I count 5. 80% of the games, all 5 get broken. NoED is one of the EASIEST things in the game to counter.
