NOED Possible Balance Bandaid?

I know, NOED is very controversial, but maybe as a small bandaid for the perk's tremendous game-turning ability and lack of balance when brought against solo queues, maybe this small change could help a bit? Not to say it would be fully balanced, but this could tremendously help survivors prepare for it.

Hex: No One Escapes Death:

  • Each time a generator is completed, one totem's aura is revealed for 5 seconds. A totem cannot be revealed again if it has already been revealed. If there are no more totems to be revealed, then nothing will be shown.
  • If a dull totem remains by the time the last generator finishes, all survivors are exposed and the killer's movement speed is increased by 2/3/4%.
  • When a survivor is hooked, if Hex: No One Escapes Death is still active, the totem's aura is revealed for 2 seconds. (This part might be too much, not sure)

I know many people will likely complain about their perk becoming harder to use, but in all honesty, as a killer main, using this perk will be more detrimental to becoming a genuinely good killer than not.

The changes I added are intended to give a similar effect like Rancor does, showing the obsession the killer's aura was a hint at what would come in endgame. This similarly will show all survivors one totem per generator finished, and only once for each totem. This gives them the option to go to that totem, cleanse, and continue, or continue without cleansing it, hoping someone else did, and memorize the location if worse comes to worst.

Another small change some may not notice is what causes NOED to activate. Currently, it's when the exit gates are powered. This means that if the hatch is closed, NOED activates. Changing this to activating on the final generator's completion will only allow the perk to activate if the survivor's finished every gen, giving a final survivor a slight chance to escape a killer if the hatch is closed.
