Poor hook placement

in Bug Reporting

I was playing a game as killer on dead dawg saloon and I went to hook a survivor on the closest hook as you do but when I tried to hook the survivor it wouldn't let me because there was a rock right under the hook

    Therefore I couldn't get close enough to the hook to actually hook him
