Sorry to sound like an entitled survivor main, but even as a killer main, how is the add-on for clown, Redhead's Pinky, fair? In any way at all? There is no downside to the add-on, if you miss hitting the survivor directly, the afterpiece still has a normal effect including whatever other add-on you brought. Just curious, am I the only one who thinks this is absurdly overpowered?
Maybe like reduce the number of tonics to 1 or tremendously increase the wind-up time, but this add-on has literally no counterplay. The clown himself is hard to play against, but this add-on is just incredibly powerful.

Well, to hit it you have to be pretty up-close (or you have to be a god at clown's bottles).

Not really? His "Bottle Toss" hitscore is relatively easy in my experience.

I understand that, but even then the add-on remains a 4 chance by default and has no negative effect to the killer aside from taking an add-on slot, which is barely anything.

I agree that the clown is not the most powerful killer, but with this add-on he becomes op from my experience. Luckily there arent a lot of killers that use clown, but the ones that do wreck with that.
