PlayStation 4 - New Tome, No Pages
Steps:
1) Launch the game
2) Open archives
3) Notice that there are no lore pages attached to any of the Master Challenges
Frequency of the issue: I noticed it with my own game, as did a friend of mine that I was playing with. I checked the forums and the official Twitter comment section on the latest post, and it seems as though I am not the only one experiencing this.
I've already done all but 2 of the Killer challenges and some of the Survivor challenges, so I know I should have several pages already, but they are not unlocked.

I'm on ps4 as well. I completed 3 of the survivor master challenges that should have unlocked the memories but nothing happened. I restarted the game and when I did that the lore pages appeared on the challenges but the ones I completed still did not unlock the memories. After restarting the game I completed another master challenge, this time a memory did unlock but the previous ones still have not unlocked.

According to Peanits restarting your game should fix this.

I would restart it, but from what I've been noticing through the forums, even if you already finished the challenges and restart the game, it won't unlock the ones you've finished. Just new ones. Which is rather annoying regardless and still a bug.

Restarting will show the pages and start unlocking lore but if you already completed lore challenges prior to the restart those ones stay locked. :(

Hopefully they fix it soon because I don't like the fact that a lot of people are missing out on lore, myself included.

I hope so. I main Kate so missing two pieces of her lore and not being able to unlock the cinematic is a wicked bummer for me.

I main Legion. So far, out of the whole thing, I'm missing 2 Kate, 2 Huntress, and 1 Legion

That stinks. For me it's 2 Kate and 1 Dwight. I luckily restarted before starting any killer challenges.
