Buffs To Some Exhaustion Perks
Now, I’m no killer main, but I feel like Dead Hard and Head On barely have any use besides making a little bit of space, and you get 40 seconds worth of exhaustion. Then we have Sprint Burst, which makes a lot of space, and has the same exhaustion time. Now, it may be too overpowered, but I think that Dead Hard and Head On should have cool downs for 40 seconds instead of exhaustion, so if you’re good enough, you can use it twice in a chase to make it as viable as meta perks like Sprint Burst. What does the community think?

Nooooo...lol you underestimate just how terrible that would be..old exhaustion was basically that and it was game breaking

Head on definitely needs a buff of some sort, I just don't see a good use in it. As for Dead Hard, it's a great perk that is in no need of a buff.

Dead Hard is dead perk on dedicated servers. It works correctly in 30%.

you need to learn how to use it, its not for baiting hits. it is for greeding pallets and going to places to make looping longer. THATS why it is the best exhaustion perk. GOOD players use it to make it OP and bad players think its bad. ( you just might be using it wrong, not calling you bad)

You cant run if you have sprint burst if you do you exaust yourself then you need to 99 it and if you do you cant stop running and a 40 second dead hard is too low and dead hard is prob the best exaustion perk you can use in the entire game

Unless used to make distance/correct your mistakes.
Making it a cooldown would give you a 40sec fixing tool.

Dead Hard is not the best exhaustion perk. Sprint Burst is. People just don't like it being possible to activate without them intending for it to, and having to walk. Dead Hard is good for greeding pallets, but it won't ALWAYS be usable, and there are situations where you would have been able to use it, but it bugged out. People just prefer Dead Hard because it has an on command use. Even Lithe is better realistically since both make MORE distance than Dead Hard in a chase.

And yet if you use it to extend loops it remains strong. That's the best purpose of it.
