The trapper vs 4 man swf

I usually don't have a lot of issues playing against swf, you can spot both the weakest and the strongest nodes, you can ignore the strongest and get the weakest out of the game making it easier to handle the challenge. BUT, how to do that while playing trapper? I mean, I faced this 4 man swf and one of them kept disarming my traps, I tried getting him but couldn't do it fast, so I knew HAD to move on but I couldn't prepare the traps because he would keep disarming them. So I decided to just give up the 3/4k and only kill this guy. Eventually I did, but of course it was a 3 escapes game. Is there a better way of not being a powerless killer in this situation? Thank you :)

The only advice I can offer is corrupt intervention and whispers. Intervention buys you some time to set your traps. More importantly use whispers to know when someone IS NOT around. That tells you it is probably safe to plant a trap without someone seeing it. Sadly, headsets counter trapper really hard. Plant traps in unlikely places to try to catch them off guard. Like tall grass around a pallet loop instead of under the pallet or on the other side of the vault. You kind of want to aim for a 3 gen as trapper. Learn to let them have certain gens and try to get them to go to the places you have rigged with traps.

If one person is running around disarming your traps, that sucks but it's one less person doing gens. Hold onto your traps, down someone and rig the place. If it gets really annoying you can run iridescent stone so the traps rearm themselves or bloody coil so the disarm-er at least takes some dmg. Ultra rare add ons, I know -.- You could run NC with bloody coil to try to catch the disarm-er while they are healing.

    Always run a trapper bag.

Trapper will always have a rough time with that. People helping people out of traps, mass disarms, ect. Sometimes bloody coil can help because only the injured ones will disarm which you can use against them as it's predictable behaviour and means more traps overall stay up but that's about it.

If a survivor is just following you around disarming traps, that means he’s not doing gens.Thats not a bad thing for you.
