Wraith Cloaking and Uncloaking - Patch 3.7.0

The Main issue I have been seeing since the recent update is the uncloaking/cloaking time of the Wraith has been slowed making it 2 Hits of the bell instead of 1 and then a burst of speed. Speed boost has also been reduced.

There also seems to be an auditory bug as well when suing the wailing bell power- for example the sync of the wailing bell is out. You'll come out of cloak and it will spam the sound of the wailing bell power- This is inconsistent- not on every cloak uncloak.

    They still have yet to fix this from the latest hotfix patch. It's disappointing to not run into any Wraiths online, let alone even being able to play him. I've already expressed my issue of this based on all his Windstorm add-ons, so this needs to be remedied immediately.
