More Neutral Perks?

Will there be any more neutral perks (Spine Chill, NOED, etc.) added to the game? It would be interesting to see a couple added every so often during mid-chapter patches.

    Maybe? Although it was quite some time after they added any generic perks so my hopes aren't high.

    Unfortunately it doesn't seem like it, the # of Perks already in the game is huge and the developers presumably want to save whatever new perk designs they have for new Chapter Teachables to get more out of them as content, instead of throwing them out as neutrals.


    This is a shame, because I think we should have a netural Exhaustion perk for survivors and a neutral gen delay perk for Killers, given how important both of those often are in perk builds.
