Is Solidarity good?

Right now I'm running a (weird) build of Resilience, Spine chill, Lithe and Iron will, and just got solidarity from the shrine; is it worth replacing Resilience for or is it too situational to get usage out of?

See, I've considered that, but then again, SB doesn't suit me anymore, BL wont work for me anymore either since it's even more hard to get usage out of and DH isn't my style either. Don't have head on so I can't try it :3

Personally, I feel it's too situational. To get any value from it, you need two injured people to find and heal each other. A silly as that statement sounds, most games either: people are healed immediately by who ever, or sit on gens and adrenaline heal.

If you're injured and some other guy heals an injured teammate, you have a dead perk.

True, it'd only work in a specific build made for it with Autodidact or something, ty for telling me!

I'm sure you can find a way to play around with it. Maybe like a bodyguard theme where you build mettle stacks and heal others.

I'm only saying the other things in a "if you want to win" mindset. If you think it would be fun, don't let anyone stop you. I love a good treasure goblin build.

Eh, I'm still trying to regain my skill but I do want to try out new stuff so I'll likely make a build around it, ty for your help!

A "weird" build? That's the most used build in the game right now if you replace lithe with dead hard.

On to solidarity though, it's a trash perk. If it healed both you and the survivor at the same time? Sure it might be pretty good. But it only heals like 50% at most, and that's only if you heal them to full, by yourself, without a medkit. Way too situational. You're better off bringing something like empathy if you want to find people to heal.

Solidarity is no good w/o complementary perks

nah, solidarity is way too situational to be good, especially that it only heals you 50%

if it healed you fully once you healed someone else fully, then itd be pretty good

If you're going to run Solidarity, you need to run a fool healing build.. Solidarity/Auto-didact/Spine Chill and Empathy. Using Solidarity, you have to always make sure you're healing the other person first.

I love using it with We'll Make It. Unhook someone, heal them super fast, and then you're 50% done too.

It's not, take We'll Make it or Borrowed Time and move on.

Healing up with it happens once in a blue moon. Unfortunately, even if you focus on healing with it, most people run self-care, so by the time you usually get to an injured survivor, they've already wasted much time healing and you're left with nothing but a pitiful chunk of healing.

Even if you combine it with other perks, it's still too situational. And building a whole build around a green perk, are you for real???

It can be pretty nice if you work it into a build. If you slap it on with We'll Make It, for example, you can:

    • Unhook someone
    • Heal them in 8 seconds
    • Get healed in 8 seconds

It's pretty nutty, and that only goes down with other heal speed bonuses.

    No.

It's a waste of a perk slot 95% of the time.

I would run it with Autodidact. Slow in the beginning and you need to get heals to get it running, but later this is a really powerful combination. Especially because this combo counters healing slowdown (when you get skillchecks though)

But in your build, just replacing something of it for Solidarity, I think it is not going to work that well

Sadly healing builds are kinda lame 99% of the time. However, I did have a game where I was doing SWF with Autodidact + Solidarity against a Legion. We stuck together as a group and only the person Legion committed to would run away. I had us healed in seconds and the Legion was so mad because I basically nerfed his power. Lol

Solidarity is a pretty useless perk in my opinion. It's extremely situational, and even if you do get used out of it, you only save 8 seconds of time when you get healed. Is saving 8 seconds in a few matches worth a perk slot? No, not really.

Idea: If you'd immediately get back to the healthy state after fully healing someone and not only 40/45/50%, and it'd also work with medkits, then I'd find the perk much more useful.

Yeah I would agree that maybe looking into We'll Make It as well. Plus, if you bring a medkit, the healing speed is just insane. :)

As long as you can't use it with Medkits, Solidarity will always be a pointless perk.

Sure, you can run it with We'll Make It to make it have SOME worth, but at high levels, killers won't normally give you the time to do that, and at very low levels its the same case (for different reasons) and the fact is that it forces you to change your playstyle in order to make a perk simply do something; it forces you to play inefficiently, seeing as the best play after unhooking is usually to continue pressuring the objective.

Ignore Peanits. Yea in this single case it's good. But... the numbers of how often you can actually get a use out of solidarity are low af.

And you only have 4 perkslots so you should use them wisely. And solidarity is a crappy choice

solidarity is extremely good when paired with Inner Strength, Selfcare and No Mither.

extremely good at annoying the streamer you forced to play with that build.

You know, this perk could be decent if the conversion rate could have 100% across all tiers. Does it could make it meta? No. But it would definitely more useful than it used to be now.
