Perk sorting option

It would be useful to have a button that would allow us to sort the perks by name, date acquired, etc. Also a filter that could sort the perks by their character's teachables, or that could only include exhaustion perks, etc would be nice. Or even a search bar to look for a particular perk. Would make searching for perks a lot easier.
