Any plans on fixing the chainsaw of Leatherface?
It´s really annoying that he loses his whole charge when he lets it go a splitsecond to early. This really makes it impossible to play different charge builds on him, since the muscle memory will kick in and release the button before it´s charged. I don´t really know why his chainsaw behaves like this. Especially, since he can cancel his chainsaw charge by pressing m1.
Please don´t tell me that´s working as intended.

You are supposed to hold it all the time while enjoying the survivors skin at the hook. Literally let it run all the time and you wont let go too early
Sorry couldnt resist, some killers are simply not meant to be viable and thats intentional as the devs explained

If any killer needs a buff its LF he has so little going for him and his chainsaw power should have some reach so you can use it around pallets to mindgame your opponent. I see a lot of camping leatherfaces and i dont really blame them their power is often completly unuseable in a chases.0

Leatherface needs even more changes than that.
He's in a really bad place right now.
Hopefully, this topic stays alive and the devs realize the need for changes.

Yes please all of the licenced killers are weird, the only decent one is Micheal. Leatherface needs a rework along with Freddy and once they're done they should take a look at Amanda's addons and possibly give her just a few QoL buffs, nothing too big just make her less rng reliant or give her 1 more trap by default or something I really dont know. But back on topic leatherface isnt such a fun character to play especially since your chainsaw doesn't really help you as much as it should0

What the ######### guys, i've been playing leatherface from rank 20 to rank 7 and besides the problem every single killer has (which is getting pallet looped til you want to punch your monitor like summit1g) it's in pretty good shape bubba boy

Its range is point blank to short range and is heavilly add on dependant. With most of his add ons being recycled from billy. Lf should not have noise reduction add ons, there a waste of bp and blocks me off from better add ons. He has no mobility patroling gens and is heavily reliant on camping and basement plays to get maximum use of his power.
A killers power should see active use and Lfs power is too weak to make him properly function as a decent killer.0 -
I would enjoy leatherface if his chainsaw stuns worked like this.Stone Objects= Big StunMetal Objects= Medium StunWood Objects= Small StunCause then his chainsaw stun would feel like a real chainsaw stun.0

It's terribly annoying when I let go just too early and that then gives the Survivor enough time to get to a pallet or window.
Anything to change it to be better would be wonderful.

Using both of those addons in conjunction i was able to move fast enough to catch a looper.

Bubba needs a lot of love, he was one of the killers that benefited from the old tinkerer the most and since the rework for it he's SoL. He gets slowed down a lot when he revs his chainsaw, he doesn't really speed up much more when he does it. That means unlike Billy who can force pallets, survivors don't need to worry about that as much with LF.
What needs to be changed is allow him to move the same speed Billy does when charging his chainsaw, make him more a little faster while chainsawing and overall reduce the charge time a little to compensate for the tinkerer rework.1 -
