Repressed alliance is a really fun, unique and criminally underated perk
It may seem situational but when this perk works it can truly be any gen jockey's dream come true, let's cover the uses this perk has:
1- blocking gen kicks (pgtw/overcharge)
2- preventing Freddy from teleporting (this may be used in advance to save a hooked teammate without the fear of Freddy teleporting straight to you
3- preventing 3 gen scenarios (if your team are potatoes then this perk will allow you to guide them in the right direction)
Now, that may seem pretty situational but you can't really argue with the results. What situations do you see repressed alliance being useful in?

I agree. People are slating these new perks but they're useful in several situations.
Soul Guard is really handy against a NOED slugger for exampe.

4. You can be a jerk and block the Gen on 99% without need. True Nea perk.

I don't see what people dislike, it is great against gen kicking perks and Freddy. It is situational due to this, but I don't think people would disagree if I said gen kicking perks are really common.

PGTW is meta, so this perk is just straightout really good. It also negates Hex:Ruin for a while if you get chased off a gen.

It doesn not seem situational it is utterly situational. You just use the perk in hoping any of this scenarios will apply, which is just gambling.

So...like most perks?

Ya anyone who doesn't see the potential is crazy. Seriously there are so many times as survivor I've wished I could protect my hard fought center gen from endless pops. I'll probably be running this perk quite frequently as I tend to go for the more risky gens early to get them out of the way. I expect it to be atleast somewhat meta.

Ah, I see you are a man of culture as well, jokes aside I love the perk

very niche, but I think it would pair well with red herring as well, to keep from sandbagging a fellow survivor with that perk

I can confirm. As a Killer, I NEVER EVER kick generators! I promise! No need to bring this perk!
