Cannibal buff idea.

We can all agree that Cannibal is a killer so simple he might be considered weak, not as weak as someone like Clown, but he is down there. So I sat together with my friends and thought out a thing or two.

Special Attack: Bubba's Chainsaw:

Bubba's Chainsaw let's the Cannibal to instatly down survivors if they don't find safety in time or simply ######### up really badly. And if pulled of regularly can lead into a lot of pressure. So buffed numbers of it such as activation time, speed and cooldown times should help him a little bit, over that we present two other abilities:

Passive Ability: Salty Meat:

Cannibal even outside of Entity's Realm had a thing for meat hooks. Survivors taken off the hook suffer from Deep Wound and Hindered status effects. Hindered persists for the next 45 seconds and ends as soon as a survivor gets healed.

Special Ability: Devious Tendencies:

Cannibal can read auras close to hooks after hooking a survivor. Then he gains the ability to call upon The Entity to take him nearby of one of these hooks.

Also he would use an add-on rework, but that's what the devs promised us already.

This is what we ended up with. I hope you guys can comment on that and tell us what would you change or implement yourself.

    personally I would like him to be buffed since he was nerfed in some aspects like now his chainsaw chargetime/chainsaw movement speed with add-ons has been reduced to about 25% of how it used to be and I would like them to bring back the old stats back .

    Since we got Freddy's rework I've always thought about a power that lets you teleport to hooks or lockers. IDK how good it would be, that's something that really needs testing.

    And here comes my Insidious change, straight for that.

    Insidious: While the killer gets away from the hooked survivor by 24 meters, the killer's terror radius shrinks by 4/8/12 meters. If the survivor gets unhooked outside of the 24 meters the killer receives Undetectable for 30 seconds.

    Terror radius changes get overrided by this perk as long as Undetectable does not get involved.
