Then get DS.
That's all I'm going to add, get Laurie and get yourself DS because it is NEEDED if you're sick and tired of being tunneled.
It's complained about by bad killer mains for a reason because it provides YOU with much needed time to get away and get to a safe area.

You have to get really good in chase and try and avoid going down in dead zones.
Sprint burst and ds are the only 2 perks that really help, sprint burst will get you away from the hook quickly, ds in case you do go down.
Everything else is on you. Ive had survivors run me all over the map trying to tunnel them so its for sure possible, just takes practice

DS
theres a reason its so prevalent, people cry for it to be nerfed but if tunneling wasn't as big of an issue then DS wouldnt be complained about

Well, many times I don’t tunnel and still hit by DS.
Also, if you converted 5 seconds stun to distance its like 90 meters away from the killer. Its also the LONGEST stun in the game
DS timer should be 35 seconds and deactivate when I hook another survivor.

Lithe, Q&Q, Dance With Me, Iron will
The only way to 100% stop him from tunneling you is to outright lose him in a chase.
Other perks you could use are:
Poised - Wait for someone to complete a gen while looping and disappear while the perk is active
Dead Hard - If the Killer tries to hit you off the hook you can DH through it
Spine Chill - Gives you information that can really help you hide from the Killer
Fixated - Increased walking speed helps lose the Killer by just walking away, unfortunately only while healthy which is stupid
Adrenaline - If you can loop for long enough this perk acts as a wincon that let's you stall for the gates to open.
Basically, if you don't want to get tunneled then you need to win the chase, instead of just having a really long chase.
Few other complete builds with this in mind:
Poised, Adrenaline, Dead Hard, Dark Sense
Last gen pops, use the speed boost to lose the Killer with no scratch marks. The aura reading from Dark Sense really helps you properly lose him and minus the speed boost it works throughout the trial.
Spine Chill, Fixated, Sprint Burst, Free Slot
Tap sprint to activate SB while walking. This let's you avoid the Killer when he goes to patrol your gen without leaving scratchmarks. Then you just walk to another gen while he thinks your still there and avoid the chase entirely
You should get the idea by now. If the Killer isn't going to give up on chasing you then either prevent him from finding you or lose him after he does.

Iron will and Spine Chill are good perks to avoid the killer. Maybe add something like Alert or Bond to better know whats happening. But ultimately you need to get better at looping or else you will be the weaker link and get tunneled.
DS is something that might help to extend your time while being tunneled but it will not really stop it. I would even say after using DS you are more likely to get even more tunneled (if that makes sense). The same goes for Head On. I got called out for using that Perk and killers said in endgame chat that’s why they focused so hard on me..

Stealth. Can't be tunneled if you can't be seen.

To be fair - there's plenty of times killers get hit by DS when not tunneling. It's not just a bad killer issue. When you can hook someone, go off and catch and hook up to two people, come across the original person again and get DS'd, it's not a matter of that person being tunneled.

There's no literal anti-tunnel, despite that being the common jargon. There's no way to prevent a killer to tunnel if they intend to. There are ways to penalize tunnelers, but that's it. For perks and builds specifically, DS is actually the core of them for what you're looking for. So, you're kinda shooting yourself in the foot by not getting it.
Anyway, a Houdini build like @NuclearBurrito suggested is a good idea, if that's something that could fit your playstyle.
I'll give you also a more traditional loadout with a controversial twist. Pick an exhaustion perk between sprint burst and dead hard. Then, I recommend unbreakable and adrenaline. 4th slot: bond. You will use it to run to your teammates. Yeah, I know. In general, sandbagging is frowned upon. However, if someone is being hard tunneled (and only in that case), then it's actually on your teammates to take aggro off you. It's the correct play. However use it with common sense, prioritizing healthy teammates over injured ones, staying away from generators if possible, etc.
Honorable mentions: tenacity, off the record, spine chill.
90m? It's 20m distance. Actually, a little less, because the stun timer starts at the successful skill check, but the survivor still needs to go through the drop animation.

Anti-tunnel build is literally just running the meta build, IE stack all the second chance perks.

I suppose that OP is facing camping/proxi camping killers so stealth seems to not be an option.

no, it shouldn't. I'm not going to turn this thread into an anti-DS thread because you can tunnel the survivor with DS, and hook someone else as easily, then the DS timer would go off and the slugged survivor would have no counter to your tunneling.
The "Hooking another survivor should deactivate DS" is a load of crap, DS should stay active if the survivor is slugged and you haven't hooked anyone else.
I get hit with DS at most once a week. Learn to count to 60, learn to keep tabs on who got unhooked, know who wants your attention and slug them.
A slugged survivor is as inefficient as a hooked one. You got stunned because you weren't paying attention. Easy as that.

DS, Sprint Burst, Deliverance(if you're also being camped on hook), Iron Will.
Or
Spine Chill, Resilience, DS, Sprint Burst/Adrenaline
If you're good a looping I suggest option #2.

I suggest making friends and playing in a swf. Random survivors are the #1 leading cause of death in DBD.
If someone is on the hook I'll state the obvious. Wait for the killer to actually leave the hook and if possible, wait for them to be in a chase. Save the person on the hook when it's actually safe. If you save and the killer is right there your asking him/her to tunnel the person off the hook without ds. Run BT for safe saves and We'll Make it for fast healing. Slap on WGLF for bp farming and an exhaustion perk of your choosing.

Soooo.. something along the lines of:
"If you are downed within 60 seconds of being unhooked without another Survivor being hooked afterwards then you will stun the Killer when you are are picked up" would be fine right?
Can't counter it by slugging. Can counter it by going after someone else first

It should absolutely deactivate when another survivor is hooked. That literally erases the chance that you are being tunneled. You'd be 100% in favor of that idea if you were actually just worried about tunneling; but it looks like you need your 60 seconds of superman perk.

Yeah, the main survivor Meta perks. You play that with swf and teabag at pallets and BINGO... You don't get tunneled, sure you have extremely long queue times because it's easy to play the game when you have borrowed time, decisive strike, (insert exhaustion perk here) and something off hand like self care or unbreakable. Not to mention you start getting killers who then just don't even do anything to try and be the killer because they are tired of facing said perk builds (or most just aren't up to the ability to handle up to four people with those builds (I personally think they are all nasty together as an swf, but what do I know... I'm just a killer main and we killers are like food servicemen, the customer is always right and we are always wrong lol) and you get flashlights and remind killers how "killer sided" this game is.
All in all though to be really honest the best way to play the game to YOUR ability is to find a build that best suits you and play it. It's going to be frustrating learning all the abilities and how some stack and what not. Not to mention of your a low rank you'll find killers who camp and tunnel you because it's the only way they can kill (probably faced survivors who run better builds for altruistic action.) But as you gain the knowledge and ability to play better (with said builds) you'll learn to synergize your perks and play style and gain more and more rank. Just know every loss is a way to learn more how to win (unless you run only crutch perks then really your just abusing a nasty synergy to stay alive/kill survivors) and though it's not against any rules or wrong to play with crutch perks... It's just untasteful in my personal opinion (no survivor is really the best if they always run BT, DS, adrenaline and dead hard. Sorry if you feel this way but it's the truth dude... Maybe your a god with the pallet looping but other than that your just like the rest of us but with a red border instead lol)
I hope my advice helped you and I hope it helps you to understand also how to have fun playing the game the way YOU want. You don't have to use your own synergies but I find it more fun to use perks you are comfortable with and enjoy.

- It's spelled "proxy".
- Killers can't camp what they can't catch. Show me how a killer can camp a survivor who's not hooked.
