Unable to hook a survivor
During a match on Mother's Dwelling I stumbled upon a survivor who I couldn't hook. Trying to hook him resulted in me being stuck in the beginning of hooking animation (and just stuck with the survivor on my shoulder) that then leads to the survivor wiggling out.
In the video below you can see me trying to hook the survivor for no avail. Also when I got back control over my movement I couldn't hit the Ace bodyblocking the hook.
Throught the whole match I was able to hook every other survivor except this one. My internet connection during the whole match was good. I was trying to hook this one survivor several time during the match but it didn't work and resulted in me losing the game.
I experienced this "unable to hook" thingie before a long time ago but this time I decided to "report" it.
Is this some sort of a bug survivors are abusing or are they tweaking with their internet connection to recreate the notorious "lag switch"? And the most important question: "Is this bannable?".

I just had a game where a survivor did this. Its an exploit Im sure of it. The survivor was running no mither, unbreakable, tenacity and boil over. He was not only taking hits for his other survivors, but also trying to get my attention. He knew I couldnt hook him.
