Hello, you need video evidence and steam profiles with their steam ID you then send a ticket in here https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us and then you can work with them, they may need more information/proof so grab as much as you can.

You don't have to record every single game. If you spot something suspicious you can turn on game capture program and record the game.
