Gen hault/pull float shoulder

I dont know what to call this i was not able to find anyway to stop this. During a generator repair a killer pulled me as i released the repair from there my character remained in place in the down status floating in thin air but with visual from the killers shoulder. Stunning , healing did not help me and i remained like this till the end game collapse still being able to repair move and heal. Its actually pretty hilarious but in the camera view i could not escape at all heres a video of what occured to me
