make an option for killer to forfeit the match
sometimes as killer I get bored playing and I would rather forfeit and get no points then wait until the game ands and get points can BHVR implement an option to forfeit as killer

Then bring a map offering. But asking for a forfeit option is basically asking for a loophole to DCing and the DC penalty system. It would end up getting abused as a new DC mechanic (much like how people will just suicide on first hook, which is also frustrating).
If you don't interact with the survivors, however, gens will go fairly quickly, and then you can just open the exit gate to start the EGC as well. Shouldn't be too long of a match in that case.

If I feel overwhelmed I give myself a time-out in the corner of the basement, and then when the gens are all done I open the gate for them. Sometimes killers just gotta take some "you" time.

That's just swapping over to the perfectly-legitimate "Chest Defense" strategy. Even if the survivors escape, at least they couldn't steal from your special basement box, right?

"chest defense" strategy reminds me that when I play with hex totems I call them "my babies". :)
