Not able to see self on hook and just following killer

I just experienced this problem where as a survivor (bill) i was hooked (wraith) and when i was hooked i kept following the killers camera like i was still being carried. It said i was fully down for some reason when i supposed to be hooked but like i said all i could see was the killers camera. I play on PC and this has only happened once. I would upload Screen shots as well but for some reason i cant at the moment but if i find a way to i will as soon as i can.

    I just had this happen to but with oni. I have a short clip of it as well if this is needed.
