Here's the answer. Lava chapter was the code name for the DLC befre being public on steam.
When it got public to add it to wishlist, and people added it, in the activity page it apeared as "lava" instead of "silent hill"

Clearly it's hinting at a new game mode "The floor is lava" and it's gonna be epic.

They either named it that because of the special effect PH leaves on the floor looking like lava because maybe game IP DLCs will be named after not locations while movie IPs will.
