[PC] New cosmetics not buyable separately

I can only buy all the new cosmetics as complete outfit, but not separate pieces like usual. It makes sense for the legendary skin, since it changes a chacter completely, but not for all the others.
I don't know if this is intended or not. If it is, I'm sorry.
