How to recreate:
- step: Boot the game and start a custom match on the new map
- step: Start endgame timer
- step: Hook a survivor and activate Blood Warden
- step: Dying surviros are able to escape even with bloodwarden

yes, it happened to me too and i was a little upset but glad that it is only linked to this map
