Matchmaking penalty needs to be removed
Alright, before we start this off, I want to inform everyone that I've been playing this game since release. I say this because all I enjoy in dead by daylight is being able to play a fun game, but rage is a natural thing that is going to occur no matter what, and the fact that you cannot take your rage out on a match and disconnect and take a minute to calm down to play another match is just ridiculous, especially for this game which is literally rage inducing. Now you have to wait a few minutes or a few days just to play again which is literally just a scum move by bhvr, like seriously? I, though, have a lot of experience and I don't really rage in this game... anymore, and I want to share some words. I have been getting into a lot of games with farming killers which ruins the point of the game and all I want to do is leave and join a real match, but I have to stay in the game even though it is probably going to take a year with all my teammates healing each other, but I cannot which ruins the fun and the point of Dead by Daylight. Last of all, people cannot control some instances of disconnecting, whether it is connection issues or just straight up crashing. Seriously, even if you get a crash from the game and you see the prompt, "Do you want to send crash report", you still get a penalty, like who thought about implementing this? they did not think it through or just simply did not care about the people playing this game.

Thing is you can't know for sure if it is an actual crash or user making the crash. From a dev point I mean. And majority of the multiplayers games, especially with ranks implemented has penalties for DC'ing. DC penalties are fine as they are and they should not be removed.

Why shouldn't they be removed? So what if a survivor dc's, there's always the next game. The fact that they cannot be sure is literally also the reason why the penalty is flawed. I'm on my 48th hour penalty because my laptop's cpu isn't working as good and I crash once a day and now I have a 48 hour penalty.

Yes, the next game. Where again someone DC's because they don't like the killer/map/teammate/offering/. Sounds good.

lol, if you say so. This game is literally not as fun anymore and it goes from both point of view, not just survivors. I'm guessing you main killer and if not then you're just a pussy.

dude I've been playing since this game came out, I don't care about wins I just want to have fun cuz i'm like god tier but the fact that my ethernet cord just got unplugged and now I have to wait 48 hours to play again is so dumb. I haven't even once dc'ed on purpose, my gaming laptop wasn't working and kept crashing which got me to a 48 hour penalty. I finally moved to my gaming pc and my ethernet cord just got unplugged mid-match and now I have to wait another 48 hours. This should not be a thing.
