Probably top 5 killers, even tho im trash with him.

Depends on how you plan to play him. If you want to stalk a lot and get instant downs like the devs want then maybe B. You get some good slowdown perks and info perks and just hit and run while using the best stealth ability in the game for free hits and pressure? A+

He can be good if played correctly, meaning you have to be willing to play the long game and stalk from a distance. Because if you don't his power can be shut down simply from the survivors looking at him. And it doesn't matter if they're hooked or laying on the ground, if they can see you, then your power is rendered useless.

In his current state I would put him in the mid B tier.
But if his reveal worked correctly I would put him in the high C or low B tier probably, without addons his cooldown is huge, he doesn't have any mobility, most of his addons aren't even that good.
But he does have the best stealth ability in the game. Can sometimes insta down you. Also I really like the hit and run Ghost Face strategy.
So I think he's one of the better killers.

Sometimes you can actually stalk and utilise some dirty spots for that. For an example a small wooden gape in killershack, that you can use only while crouched. But yeah, most of the time you dont stalk.
And tbh, i love his im all ears perk.
