Stop making purple hemorrage add-ons
I just noticed Pyramid Head has a VERY RARE add-on called Crimson Ceremony Book, wich inflicts Hemorrage on survivors affected by Torment... seriously, again?
Freddy's very rare z block also became a hemorrage add-on when he was reworked, and no one liked it. The devs should understand hemorrage is a bad status effect, one of the most useless ones. No one likes hemorrage, and it's definitevely not worth a purple add-on.
That's far from being the only bad Executioner add-on, because I honestly feel that most of them make little difference for the match. But hemorrage is something that was already disliked by players in the past, no reason to do it again.

His very rare add-ons are honestly very underwhelming. The rare add-ons are much better.

The developers simply have no idea what is strong and what is weak. Other recently reworked killers like Freddy and Nurse suffer from the same phenomen.

I feel one of the issues that killer very rares(Purples) and ultra rares(Pinks/Reds) is that they seem to afraid to add in anything that could be on the same power as iri heads.
I get this opinion from how they said they actively try to avoid DS levels of powers for perks seems to have also bled into addons as well.

I agree, BHVR drastically overvalues hemorrhage as a status effect, they think it's a decent effect when in reality it's the worst effect in the whole game, 99.9% ... No ... 100% of the time it does absolutely nothing, in my over 2k hours of maining killer I've never once gotten actual use out of hemorrhage. It's a joke of an effect and the fact that BHVR keeps putting it on everything shows their lack of knowledge about certain areas of their game.

Hemorrhage would probably be only useful if it made survivor bleed while uninjured

Freddy's purple add-on actually does that, and no. It still does nothing 99% of the time (which is better than all the time) and is not worth being a purple.
