Escaped with crown as Feng, did not get it.
See title. I made sure I grabbed it off the pedestal. I was glowing. I escaped. Repeated it in a second match, still no crown. :(

I've seen that it is original characters only. AKA Dwight, Meg, Claudette, and Jake. Don't quote me on that but it would make sense if you're not getting rewards on Jane or Feng.

I've done some more research and you are correct. Licensed characters are the only ones who should not be able to unlock the crown. This is just another bug with the anniversary event, along with the blood point offering. Just keep trying and it seems that people eventually find some luck and unlock the crown.

It seems to have been fixed with the patch. I was able to get it on Feng. Trying Jane now.

Same as Claudette vs Legion.
I mean, the killers tunnle the ######### out of you when you are golden and when you escape it is useless? I just get it now as killer, thats way easier and not bugged.
Still wonder which patch will be the bug free even - annivesary is no excuse.

I escaped with feng and the crown was in my inventory but it didn’t notify me of the crown. I received no extra blood points for getting it or escaping with it and you can’t put it on any head cosmetic. It can only be with the normal basic head for that character. I escaped with 2 gruesome up with 20k + points and didn’t get anymore points and lost a pip too! This event is going great!
