Flash light bug

Platfrom Pc

Flash light beam stay aimed in the ground as surv normaly hold the flash light. I get zoom animation and flash light is burning out but i can't aim with it cz character animation does not do anything.

Happened after few vaults while i was in chase. Before that worked normaly

Twice for now happened to me.

In second pic is how zoom looks like when i try to use flashlight.

in 3 and 4 i tryed to take fast screenshot in order to show where flashlight is amied when i try to use it. What ever i try i could not take that beam aim from the ground...
