Buy killers with iridiscent points?

Is there a time before a killer can be bought with iridiscent points? For example i can buy Oni with these points, but not Ghostface(the one i want uwu), its about date of release?

    You can't buy licensed killers with shards, only original killers.

    Licensed : Ghostface, Myers, Freddy, Pig, Leatherface, Demogorgon, and Pyramid Head

    Original: Trapper, Wraith, Hillbilly, Nurse, Hag, Doctor, Huntress, Plague, Clown, Oni, Deathslinger, and Legion.

    So no time limit but only certain killers can be bought with shards.
