Idea for Nurse Ultra rare add-on

- TREMENDOUSLY increases FATIGUE duration
-After BLINKING instead of suffering her FATIGUE-STUN the nurse instead loses the ability to BLINK until she presses the POWER button again or HITS a SURVIVOR and while she cannot blink her movement speed is increased to 4.8 making her the fastest killer in the game for the duration.
-If a survivor is hit instantly after blinking the movement speed passive still triggers after the nurse whipes her weapon.

I mean is it broken? Maybe but so is 5 blink nurse and any other nurse that knows how to play so it doesn't really change much. And also no the Nurse is not "fine as she is" as she is literally a killer that shits over the game mechanics but oh well she's a thing and she probobly will stay a thing so yeah...

Sure so basically the idea is that when the blink window elapses the fatigue does not kick in but instead she gains a temporary burst of speed which lasts until she hits a survivor, breaks a pallet or presses her power button again after which a very long fatigue time would kick in. And if she manages to hit a survivor instantly after using her blink she would simply clean her weapon and then gain the burst of speed basically making it very easy to 2 hit survivors (but only in open areas which balances the add_on quite well considering as I said before there are more broken add-ons in DbD).

@Mister_Holdout You blink you go VERY fast. You hit survivor you go VERY slow. More or less.
