2vs6 mode with killers only selecting 2 perks which are shared?

Lots of people want to see it happen. Even if it is only for April fools.

I think the easiest solution to technical issues and balancing would be for killers to just share 2 perks with each other. You can't use duplicates. Survivors can just use whatever.

Just try it. Maybe it's great. Maybe it sucks. Maybe a 2vs5 is even better balanced. It would definitely spice things up and make lots of killer combinations change up the tier lists.

They already said in one of the QA streams they wont implement another game mode.

maybe one day when DBD has a daily active player base of 500k people like in other games.

but new gamemodes would split people and Queue times would take longer.

Yeah that's why I think they should do an event. Trying it out could lead to something awesome.

This is where crossplay could introduce some interesting changes. Depending on the inclusion methods of crossplay, there could be a potential overall player base increase. If everyone is mixed into a game, despite method of playing, then an event-type-trial-thing might work with fun and weird gamemodes. Not only providing a breath of fresh air, but may bring in even more players (as seen in many other games. New content = new players)

However, if crossplay works in the sense that you are paired with the same platform, but can be paired with other players if you group with someone on another platform, then I believe this idea most likely won't work. That player base splitting issue would take effect.

Overall, I think it's a very interesting idea, and may have a possible solution of being implemented!
