Basment hook bug on NS

The killer hooks me in the basement and I end up on the floor above it. It happened to me twice and this is on the nintendo switch version.

    This just happened to me on Coal Tower.

    PC, playing Cheryl against Michael.

    Hooked for the first time in the basement below the coal tower, glitched directly up through the ground. (Photo Attached) Was unable to be rescued from my position above ground, but when I was rescued via the basement (went through animations fine), I was immediately standing topside and able to run away.

    This is the first time I have ever seen this bug, and I have been playing regularly for a long time.
