Can we get Iron Will but for killers?

Because at this point at thoroughly convinced that Wraith's snarling/growling bullshit is actually louder than ringing the damn bell right in someones face. Who needs a terror radius when you can hear that stupid sound from halfway across the map.

Hell, if someone told me the reason why survivors are bugged and aren't making noise is because wraith stole all our their audio files and plays them all at once as a replacement for his I'd believe it.

I'm willing to bet that literally ANY other killer is more stealthy than this asthmatic skinny legged pile of garbage.
