Billy Nerf and my thoughts
So you nerf Hillbilly a killer regarded by the whole community to be very balanced in terms of power and counterplay but yet you give Billy players nothing in return? Seem's pretty bad in taste to me. This new mechanic of overheating the chainsaw will make Billy a complete joke to experienced survivors, he will just become a M1 miller with map mobility. I'm happy that bubba is finally getting a buff but this Billy nerf is just utterly disgusting.

Yeah, yeah big nerf, killer will be useless etc. Try out the PTB first before you're gonna assume that he is butchered with nerfs xd

People don't have to try it out because he didn't need to be nerfed. Most any killer and survivor with a brain would tell you that he was one of, if not the most balanced killer in the game. So any nerf is unncessary.
Like, you literally have a killer like Spirit still in the current state she's in, but Billy needed a nerf?

You have every right to give your opinion despite not having tested it on the PTB. Ignore those telling you to wait. We have details on how these changes work and we have video footage, that is enough to build out initial thoughts.

Just wait for the PTB. If you don't like the changes, you don't have to play billy.

I don't have to wait for the PTB to know what the changes do. There is video footage of it, and what it shows is both of these killers having their power put on a cooldown just because they used it. I don't have to play it myself to know that that's not fun. As I said above, I already hate playing both of these killers, I never play them. I am speaking out in support of those who LIKE these killers because I want them to actually be able to use their power.

Not really warranted either. The addons rework I can see, that's fine. But the chainsaw does not need to overheat.
The fact that it can overheat and then has to wait on a cooldown, limits his time roaming the map quickly. It is so obviously a nerf, but everyone says "rework rework" a nerf is a nerf.
Those are the facts.

Exactly, with this upcoming mechanic you will no longer be able to hold revs at loops and flick to catch a survivors around a corner because then the chainsaw will overheat and you'll be stuck for 10 seconds looking at the survivor run away in front of your face.
