Territorial Imperative has a thing where you have to be 32 meters away from the basement, and it has a cooldown. Make sure you are 32 meters from the basement.

I was around 20 meters away and the icon pinged and then cooled off for about 5 seconds. Like, how did the devs manage to **** that one up?

Is Territorial still broken? I haven't used it recently, but a fix wasn't mentioned in any of the patch notes. That doesn't mean it wasn't fixed, though.
