game can't end player stuck

in Bug Reporting

A player was about to get his first hook, and he just stood there, flying on the hook, can't save him from the hook or do anything at all.

3 remainings survivors escaped but the one who was stuck on the hook remained there, gates were open and the time was over, no game ending at all, just the killer dancing around, he had to DC so he can finish the game.

    Yes, happend to me already 2 times as killer. As killer you're basically still in carry mode, you can swing but not interact with anything, you cant use your power. to end the game, the killer or the survivor on the hook, has to dc to end the game.

    yeah its really annoying, and you will have a penalitation anyways if you dc
