Please let this mean they're finally going to change struggle phase.
There are only two things that consistently annoy me in this game and that is the multiple SWF lobby bugs and dying in struggle phase because I was pushing the button too fast, too slow, in lag or just because the game felt it was my time to go.
I don't think I've ever been so excited for something to potentially come to DBD. Forget crossplay, new killers, updated graphics, hell even forget console optimization. I'll take this over all of them, no joke, dead serious. Dying in struggle phase because of some random thing annoys me more than anything else this game has ever thrown at me in my two years playing.
Like, I can't even begin to explain how excited I am just over the prospect of it. When I read that on the survey I had a bigger smile then the first time I saw a pair a tits and let me tell ya, Yui's are nothing to sneeze at.
Obviously I'm exaggerating a bit and just kind of messing around but on a serious note, I really am quite excited for this to potentially be a thing. I really do hate struggle deaths for no reason and this would be such a nice little QoL improvement.
Edit: Also since I forgot to mention it in the main post and not everyone has done the survey, a couple of the questions were about changing the struggle phase mechanic to something new or to something like Pyramid Head's cages with the skill checks.

The change on struggle phase would be great.. Smashing X on PS4 won't do good for my controller haha

Change it to a button you are more comfortable with mashing.

You know that if it ends up being changed it's going to be even worse somehow.

At BHVR we care about your feedback! You speak and we listen! After the results of the latest community survey, we have realized that the struggle phase could use some improvements. For us, fun and keeping players engaged are the top priorities when deciding what changes to implement in the game. Therefore, when you are on hook, you will no longer have to repeatedly mash a single key! We are introducing a new mechanic where you will have to quickly alternate mashing between two keys instead!
We are confident that this will be a welcome change and we look forward to your feedback about it in the upcoming ptb!

This Is straight up something they would do. They're would prolly think something like, "people don't complain about wiggling, so we can do something like that!" Without taking into account the time differences between the two actions.
