New Killer Idea please check it out Death Note Ryuk as Killer

Alright everyone please hear me out here, I think I have a Great idea for Ryuk as a killer. So for his Ability, "The Eyes of The Devil" Ryuk is a demon, he has superhuman strength and speed along with eyesight, Every 60 seconds Ryuk can activate his ability to highlight Blood Trails in a glowing red and for every survivor he spots while in this form for 20 seconds he can give them the oblivious status effect for 15 seconds, survivors are able to see his aura for 3 seconds after seen. Special Ability: "Hover" in the Show Ryuk can float, When you hit the secondary activate ability button you can hover and Ryuk will move slower but his Terror Radius Will be 7% smaller, he will take 2.5 seconds to deactivate hover to go back to walking. Perks, One of his abilities in the show, is Memory Manipulation, I think a perk called "Forgetful" with the ability to make a survivor see a finished generator as unfinished after another survivor within 24/32/48 meters has been hit and they will be able to repair the fake generator for 10/20/25 seconds until it deactivates to show a finished generator, has a cooldown of 70/60/50 seconds. For perk Two, Ryuk has an ability to be intangible, like unseen by a certain few, so I think a perk like "Keen Eye" Where a survivor who has finished a generator within 12,18,24 meters of the killer is given the oblivious effect for 20/30/40 seconds, and has a cooldown of 80/70/60 seconds. For Perk Three Ryuk has an ability called Durability negation, So I think a perk called "Overused" When a survivor is using an item 24/32/48 meters near the killer it's durability is decreased by 6/7/8 % and has a cooldown of 45/30/20 seconds.
