Anniversary outfit not unlocking on Steam

I logged in today (July 7th) on PC, in an attempt to unlock the Claudette legs for the event outfit. It isnt unlocking for some reason, and today is the last day to unlock it.
I don't know how to reproduce it, since it is permanent and I simply booted the game up
I didnt play any character, I looked at Claudette's cosmetics
