Nerf an A tier killer and buff a D tier killer... Nice...
Good killers getting drawned closer to C tier is not a good call...
We need more B and A tier killers, please don't mess with those who are already there... Reworks should be to make killers more fun to play as and against, not to completely mess with the tier they're at if they're considered "good killers".
The reworks should've been for Legion, Clown and Bubba, IMO, Billie was fine in terms of power, he only needed something to help survs not get face camped, but messing with everything (addons and power) was not good...

In my experiecne, Xbox, he was fun to play as and against... They actually said the same if I remember correctly... This change came just cause survs were complaining about being face camped by BAD BILLIE USERS... And that's not common... at least not for me... I am non sided red ranks both sides in case anyone wondered.

They thought he was performing well, were happy with his balance, and thought he had ample counterplay so that the more skilled player generally won the 1v1. So clearly he needed multiple levels of nerfs.

Same argument I gave... He was an A tier... So, survs want all killers to be C tier for all platforms? As a rank 1 surv, no, I do not want to be able to bully every killer I face...

I mean, console players can't experience Q and E billy, which was what made him very strong. It was really fun, but as I always said, Billy (along with Freddy, Doc, maybe plague) was the noob destroyer, the most hated killer. It was obvious they would have nerf him.

..and they're wondering why killer mains stop playing; I'm watching streams on both billie and bubba and all the changes that were made are absolute trash..esp removing the charge time addons from billie and giving him an iridescent addon that makes him a 4,4ms killer; who balances this game? mickey mouse?

The problem with that is that, when they change something to help PC players they mess horribly with console experience, take nurse as an example, she was already a hard killer to use in console, and after the nerf... well... need I say more...?

Iridescent add ons really need to stop being major trade offs. I can't remember the last time I took one where I wasn't just deciding to throw the game for the sake of fun.
This isn't saying stuff like Iri head shouldn't have the trade off, but that's an exception. The new Billy iridescent have such major trade offs I don't think I'd ever use either of them.

What survivors were complaining about being camped by Billy? I've never seen those complaints and it rarely happens. Face camping Bubba is common and expected tbh. I assume every Bubba is a facecamper until proven otherwise but Billy???

Ahh, another one thinking that if you can bully the killer, he's balanced...
As a rank 1 surv and killer, he was balanced to play as and against, he was a good viable killer against who, if played correctly, you had to do your best as survivor, no room for bullying or fooling around...

Sometime i see complaining about billy facecamp but not much as bubba.
But they still have to nerf Billy since they remove Bubba facecamping

Skill ceiling on Billy was high ASF, this nerf is mostly lowering that. *Most* players won't feel it that much

I'll have to see it, on Xbox, most skilled Billies were really a challenge to go against, if, after they release this, this doesn't change, I'll come here and apologize, but, if it does affect gameplay a lot for consoles like it did to NURSE, I'll be back to rant about it.

Viable for survivors to bully? Nice... Again, as a rank 1 killer and survivor, the only actual good killers in red ranks when used correctly were Billie, Spirit, Freddy, GF and Myers, I can scratch Billie from that list now...
Balance shouldn't be considered only for PC, only for grey to green ranks... Veterans and consoles matter you know?
Edit: Balance is way more complex than kill performance, there are way too many variables. If you, AS KILLER feel bullied, even when you're a GREAT killer, something is wrong, either the maps, or the specific killer. All survivors are skins, but not killers, they're all different in many ways, and making killer mains feel bad about using a specific killer it's just wrong

The problem with that is that the power role has always been the survivors.... In a survival horror game... And by power role I don't mean just winning, I mean making the KILLER have an awfull time, I'm really saying this as a survivor: Killers need more love than survivors, and they have needed it for a lot of time.

Just my opinion but, wouldn't better killers in terms of power and overthrowing survivors make people buy more things for killer too? Damn, I mean, if Alien chapter actually gets here someday, it would be horriffic to play him if he's not at least a B tier, and the potential skins for Alien, OMG, they want money? why spend all the efforts on one role?
Here's an example, Legion has the BEST skins in the game out of every killer and survivor, and I'm not spending one cent on him until they rework him to B tier+
