Unable to move away from Midwich Elementary Music Room generator after completion

Hello,
PC player here. I worked on the generator in the Music Room of Midwich Elementary alongside another survivor when I found myself not able to move away from a piece of flooring after completing the generator.

This just happened to me in Autohaven but I wasn't doing a gen. Was trying to get to a hooked survivor.
