Map: An overgrown city
Survivor: Joel miller
Killer: The Bloater
Bloater's ability: The Bloater would have a ranged ability where it would launch spore projectiles that have an AOE (Like the clown) The spores have a lasting effect and if a survivor moves through the spores, they slowly take damage over a period of time eventually bringing them down a health state.
Secondary ability: (This ones more up in the air) If a survivor is brought to the dying state Via spores 3 times, on the third time they die and become "infected". They stand in place and act as a watch tower. If a living survivor walks within range of the Infected survivor, they let out a blood curdling screech providing an auditory and aura visual for the killer for a short time.
I have no freakin idea what the perks and stuff would be.

I would LOVE this chapter. Only problem is Sony would have to allow it to go on other platforms

Right. And knowing Sony that may be tough. Maybe a Ps4 exclusive?

I'm not sure about that, cause I'm pretty sure the devs mentioned no more exclusives ;(

Considering how divisive TLOU2 was, I doubt they are thinking of it. If they did add it, it would get both positive and negative publicity because of how controversial TLOU2's story was

Hell, considering they already have Left4Dead Grampa Bill. Why not add this idea with a Spitter and a Witch instead. The Entity slightly modifies them for her benefit. Unlike the Plegue, the Spitter fires a blob of acid She possesses the ability to spit a green ball of acid from long distances, which, upon hitting the ground, will expand into a large puddle ( an effect like The Clown or Freddy when a survivor runs over it slowly damages) and damage any Survivors who make contact with it. After spitting, however, the Spitter is temporarily paralyzed for a second (like ever killer happens with when using their power), giving the Survivors a chance to escape her.
The Witch. (When a survivor dies by Mori or special kill by Spitter) screams and reveals survivor location when near them. Proximity wise. But since the survivor died by the Spitter with their Mori style kill. The body of that survivor is stuck in the acid pool. (So this cant be abused with survivor control). Etc. Etc. And there ... we already got Bill, Left 4 Dead License problem solved (as far as legality goes)
