Performance impact between these two ?

Hello! can anyone explain me the difference between "Effect" and "PostProcessing" in the graphics settings? And which one has more performance impact? i only can notice if i enable "effect" to "1" (medium) survivors's hairs have tressfx ?

Post processing is just making everything look sharper you don't really need it it's more to give atmosphere in lery's or something like that

and with effect the higher it is the more stress it has on your gpu so you could probably turn them both down pretty low
