I recently saw a phrase saying that if you use a stretched resolution (4: 3), the EAC can accuse and ban the account, is it true?

Yes in extreme cases ,but if you have a 4: 3 monitor then no, i personally haven't seen anyone get banned from this just be careful if you want to try
