When reporting a bug, please follow the template provided, otherwise the report will be declined. The information requested is vital to allow us to correctly reproduce and then fix what you are reporting.
PC - obsession not exposed and unable to mori during end game collapse while running rancor
Step 1 : Play match as freddy and run rancor
Step 2 : Reach end game collapse (via hatch close) with the obsession alive
Step 3 : attack survivor, do not profit, as they are not under the effects of rancor.
Step 4, Realize that during the entire match, you didn't see any of the rancor locators when they finished gens, even though they did finish 2.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- I was playing as Freddy, the Obsession was cheryl.
- I was using Dying light 3, Tinkerer 1, Ruin 2, and Rancor 1
- Gas Heaven
- Only occured once, but I haven't exactly tried to recreate it.
Edit: my picture and logs didn't get uploaded the first time somehow
Edit 2: Also, as you can see, for some reason my perks didn't show up in the post game match. I can confirm that tinkerer and ruin were working as normal. Dying light was accumulating stacks, so I have to assume it worked.

All the gens must be done for Rancor to work. If you close the hatch before all the gens get done, Rancor does not work whatsoever. I've tried it that way once. It even says on the perk all gens must be done. Endgame collapse with a hatch close will not let you mori the survivor unless all gens are done.

As you said, they only finished 2 gens - so Rancor will not activate. It specifically says on the perk When all Generators are Complete - so that part is definitely not a bug.
However, you say you didn't see any of the survivor locations after a gen had been popped? Do you have any video of this by any chance?

No, I don't have any video. I don't record my gameplay.
Also, You're correct about how rancor is triggered, now that I've read them and noticed the wording difference between them, however, I believe that that is fully unfair and should be changed to be in line with other end game perks. Why should noed proc, but not rancor? Or hope, adrenaline, etc.
