Lucky Break/Off The Record frequent drop of perks

Very often I see that the web offers these two perks with a huge chance, I do not have a character or account, wherever these perks are

Please reduce the chance, thanks

    Developers seem to be deliberately trying to give more unpopular perks than popular ones, devs probably think if people play with them more, they will find them useful, but this does not work that way. Iy would be awesome if devs just release a chapter or mid-chapter update where they will fix most of the perks of killers and survivors and everybody will be happy.

    OFF THE RECORD need a BIG buff if want to be used instead of Iron Will


    like.. reduce by 200% (to evoid stridor) ALL THE SOUNDS you made during the time that perk is active... including:

    breath sounds

    injured grunt sounds

    grunts from falling

    grunts in dying state

    step sounds

    reparing sounds

    sabotaging sounds

    cleanse totems sounds

    healing sounds

    searching on chest sounds

    entering/exit from lockers sounds

    vaulting sounds

    screaming sounds

    loud noises notifications


    well... you know where im tryning to go...

    which is why perks that just have temporary, combined effects from already existing perks are a showcase of poor design.

    Off the Record should simply prevent the unhook notification from going off in addition to preventing aura reading outside of 32/28/24 meters until in a chase again. And now the perk might see use.
