Overcharge
Does anyone find this perk useful when running it alone, without unnerving presence and distressing?
The skill check isn't actually "tremendously difficult" as it's described. It's pretty easy to hit. It seems to only be useful in stopping gen-tapping during chases.

I found it too unreliable, especially as you play against more seasoned players as they generally don't lose the "tremendously difficult" check.. I'd much rather have my boy Surveillance over Overcharge any day. Surveillance might not do any damage to the generator but if anything, I kind of find that a good thing. A survivor tripping overcharge will bolt, knowing they've been made. A survivor tripping surveillance however has no idea that I know they're at that generator...

It's a great perk on Doctor, pair it up with Lullaby and you might have a strong combination.
But, that's about it. =/

It needs more. The skill check isn't difficult at all unless they're a new player.

I heard that the perk is broken. When the survivor misses the skill check, it does the regular gen explosion regression, but not the additional 3/4/5% regression the perk description promises.

Lullaby? Won't they expect the skill check as soon as they touch the regressing generator?
